1. Descripción y Alcance de los Niveles de Servicio 1. Service Levels Description and Scope
WEB3LEG LAB es una plataforma educativa interactiva SaaS (Software as a Service) que opera bajo dos modalidades de acceso: WEB3LEG LAB is an interactive educational SaaS (Software as a Service) platform that operates under two access modalities:
A) Nivel Recluta (Gratis)A) Recruit Level (Free)
Al registrarse utilizando únicamente su correo electrónico, el usuario obtiene acceso gratuito y limitado. Este nivel incluye exclusivamente el Capítulo 1 del material didáctico, simuladores básicos seleccionados, y un acceso de "solo visualización" (vista previa) a las interfaces de las Billeteras Gemelas (A y B) y el Exchange Simulador. By registering using only their email, the user obtains free and limited access. This level exclusively includes Chapter 1 of the educational material, selected basic simulators, and a "view-only" (preview) access to the Twin Wallets (A and B) and Simulator Exchange interfaces.
B) Nivel Élite (Pase Lab Estándar)B) Elite Level (Standard Lab Pass)
Al adquirir la suscripción a través de nuestra pasarela de pago autorizada, la cuenta del usuario es ascendida al Nivel Élite. Esto desbloquea el acceso completo a la plataforma, incluyendo todos los capítulos teóricos, la operatividad total de las Billeteras Gemelas y el Exchange Simulador, el Asistente Virtual con IA y el catálogo completo de más de 25 simuladores de riesgo. Este acceso se otorga por el periodo estipulado al momento de la compra (generalmente 1 año). By purchasing the subscription through our authorized payment gateway, the user's account is upgraded to the Elite Level. This unlocks full platform access, including all theoretical chapters, full operability of Twin Wallets and the Simulator Exchange, the AI Virtual Assistant, and the complete catalog of 25+ risk simulators. This access is granted for the period stipulated at purchase (generally 1 year).
2. Requisitos de Edad y Elegibilidad 2. Age Requirements and Eligibility
Para registrar una cuenta y/o adquirir el Pase Lab Estándar, usted declara y garantiza que tiene al menos dieciocho (18) años de edad o la mayoría de edad legal en su jurisdicción de residencia, y posee la capacidad legal plena para obligarse por estos Términos y Condiciones. Los menores de edad no están autorizados a utilizar esta plataforma. To register an account and/or purchase the Standard Lab Pass, you represent and warrant that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence, and have full legal capacity to accept and comply with these Terms and Conditions. Minors are not authorized to use this platform.
3. Gestión de Pagos, Acceso y Reembolsos 3. Payment Management, Access, and Refunds
Procesamiento de Pagos a través de Terceros:Third-Party Payment Processing: WEB3LEG LAB no procesa, gestiona, ni almacena información financiera, de tarjetas de crédito o de facturación. Todos los pagos, suscripciones y garantías de reembolso son procesados y gestionados de manera externa y exclusiva por Hotmart (nuestro procesador de pagos autorizado y Merchant of Record). Al adquirir el Pase Lab Estándar, usted acepta estar sujeto a los Términos de Compra y Políticas de Reembolso de Hotmart. WEB3LEG LAB does not process, manage, or store financial, credit card, or billing information. All payments, subscriptions, and refund guarantees are processed and managed externally and exclusively by Hotmart (our authorized payment processor and Merchant of Record). By purchasing the Standard Lab Pass, you agree to be bound by Hotmart's Terms of Purchase and Refund Policies.
Habilitación de Acceso:Access Enablement: Nuestra plataforma únicamente recibe una confirmación automática por parte de Hotmart indicando que el pago ha sido exitoso, vinculando dicho éxito a su nombre y correo electrónico para habilitar su acceso inmediato (Nivel Élite). Our platform only receives an automatic confirmation from Hotmart indicating the payment was successful, linking said success to your name and email to enable your immediate access (Elite Level).
Soporte y Garantías:Support and Guarantees: Dado el carácter digital del servicio, los reembolsos se regirán por el periodo de garantía ofrecido en la pasarela de Hotmart al momento de la compra. Si experimenta fallas técnicas en la habilitación automática de su cuenta tras un pago exitoso, nuestro equipo restaurará su acceso en un periodo no mayor a 48 horas hábiles tras contactarnos a Info@web3leg.com. Given the digital nature of the service, refunds will be governed by the guarantee period offered on the Hotmart gateway at the time of purchase. If you experience technical failures in the automatic enablement of your account after a successful payment, our team will restore your access within 48 business hours after contacting us at Info@web3leg.com.
4. Limitación de Responsabilidad 4. Limitation of Liability
Usted es el único responsable de sus decisiones de inversión en el mundo real, así como de la gestión de sus claves privadas reales en plataformas externas de la Web3 (ej. Binance, MetaMask, Trust Wallet). You are solely responsible for your real-world investment decisions, as well as the management of your real private keys on external Web3 platforms (e.g., Binance, MetaMask, Trust Wallet).
- WEB3LEG LAB no se responsabiliza, ni directa ni indirectamente, de pérdidas de capital, hackeos o errores de enrutamiento que el usuario cometa en plataformas de blockchain reales.WEB3LEG LAB is not responsible, either directly or indirectly, for capital losses, hacks, or routing errors that the user commits on real blockchain platforms.
- Nuestros simuladores operan en un entorno de "sandbox" cerrado utilizando activos y precios de simulación. Ningún saldo visualizado en las "Billeteras A y B" representa dinero fiduciario o criptográfico real.Our simulators operate in a closed "sandbox" environment using simulation assets and prices. No balance displayed in "Wallets A and B" represents real fiat or cryptographic money.
5. Propiedad Intelectual, Scraping y Terminación 5. Intellectual Property, Scraping, and Termination
El código fuente, la arquitectura de los simuladores, los modelos 3D, el motor del Asistente Virtual y el contenido intelectual del eBook son propiedad exclusiva de WEB3LEG (plataforma operada a través del dominio web3leg.com). The source code, simulator architecture, 3D models, Virtual Assistant engine, and the intellectual content of the eBook are the exclusive property of WEB3LEG (platform operated through the domain web3leg.com).
- Prohibición de Extracción (Anti-Scraping):Extraction Prohibition (Anti-Scraping): Se prohíbe terminantemente copiar, reproducir, revender o utilizar herramientas de "scraping" o bots para extraer el código, el contenido o la lógica de la plataforma.It is strictly prohibited to copy, reproduce, resell, or use "scraping" tools or bots to extract the platform's code, content, or logic.
- Terminación y Suspensión Inmediata:Immediate Termination and Suspension: WEB3LEG se reserva el derecho unilateral e inapelable de suspender, bloquear o cancelar la cuenta de cualquier usuario de forma inmediata y sin derecho a reembolso si se detecta un incumplimiento de estos términos, manipulación del código, o intento de extracción masiva de datos.WEB3LEG reserves the unilateral and unappealable right to suspend, block, or cancel any user's account immediately and without refund if a violation of these terms, code manipulation, or mass data extraction attempt is detected.
6. Jurisdicción, Ley Aplicable y Modificaciones 6. Jurisdiction, Governing Law, and Modifications
Ley Aplicable: Estos Términos y Condiciones se regirán e interpretarán de acuerdo con las leyes de la República de Guatemala, sin dar efecto a ningún principio de conflictos de leyes. Cualquier disputa legal que surja en relación con la plataforma (fuera del alcance del procesador de pagos Hotmart) estará sujeta a la jurisdicción exclusiva de los tribunales competentes en la Ciudad de Guatemala. Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Guatemala, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any legal dispute arising in connection with the platform (outside the scope of the Hotmart payment processor) shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Guatemala City.
Modificaciones: WEB3LEG LAB se reserva el derecho de actualizar o modificar estos Términos en cualquier momento para reflejar cambios operativos, legales o regulatorios. Las modificaciones entrarán en vigencia inmediatamente después de su publicación en el sitio web.
